Cultural Dialogue Circles
Facilitated group sessions where incarcerated individuals engage in open conversations about cultural identities, histories, and shared experiences to foster mutual respect and empathy.
TEACH:
(Taking Education And Creating History)
A liberatory education program providing culturally relevant, community-driven learning focused on critical thinking and leadership.
Reintegration Pilot:
In collaboration with the Seattle Housing Authority, BPCCG operates a pilot program for liberated individuals, assisting with employment navigation and supportive services.
Participating in the cultural growth program helped me reconnect with my roots and understand the strength in our shared history. It’s changed how I see myself and my role in my community.
